Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Greenwich Market, London.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 00:01 on 1 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be included.

3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • The competition is open to UK residents only.
  • Employees of Greenwich Market, Vivid, Greenwich Hospital, Knight Frank, participating agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Visit Greenwich Market during the promotional period.
  • Make a purchase in a single transaction with a participating trader.
  • Receive an official Greenwich Market Moments postcard.
  • Scan the QR code on the postcard.
  • Complete the online entry form, including:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Uploading a photograph of their purchase or Greenwich Market experience (not mandatory)
    • Sharing a short description of their Greenwich Market Moment.
  • Only fully completed entries will be accepted.

5. One Entry Per Purchase

One competition entry is permitted per qualifying purchase of £10 or more.

Greenwich Market reserves the right to request proof of purchase if required.

6. Prize

One winner will receive £250 to spend at Greenwich Market.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prize will be claimed by creating a shopping list and Greenwich Market management will organise the purchases.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.

The draw will take place on 1 September 2026.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Greenwich Market reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Photography & Marketing Consent

By entering the competition, entrants agree that:

  • Their submitted photograph and written “Greenwich Market Moment” may be used by Greenwich Market across its marketing channels, including:
    • Website
    • Social media
    • Digital screens
    • PR activity
    • Future promotional materials

Where appropriate, first names may be used alongside submitted content.

No additional payment will be made for use of submitted content.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will only be used for:

  • administering the competition;
  • contacting the winner; and
  • where consent has been provided, future Greenwich Market marketing communications.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Greenwich Market’s Privacy Policy.

11. Participating Traders

Only purchases made with participating traders qualify for entry.

12. General

Greenwich Market reserves the right to:

  • amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary;
  • withdraw or suspend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable;
  • disqualify fraudulent, incomplete or duplicate entries.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
